With our letter dated June 30, 2009 we informed you about the change of ownership of our enterprise that has taken place and we thus became a member of Kolektor Group d.o.o., which has its headquarters in Idrija, Slovenia. Now after the enrollment in the register of corporations our company name ECS Magnet Engineering GmbH changed to

All existing contractual relations, your contact partners as well as their phone and fax numbers, our sales tax no. and bank accounts well known to you remain unchanged for the time being.
